Hypnotic Life Coaching is a conversational process that blends the best of modern coaching techniques and hypnosis to put you in control of your thoughts and actions.
Trance is a natural state you already know.
The healthy brain is constantly in a state of fluidity between focused awareness and more relaxed, trance-like states. These moments of shifting attention offer opportunities for change and growth, which is part of why techniques like Hypnotic Life Coaching can be so effective—they align with the brain’s natural cycles.
Research suggests that we enter a trance-like state many times an hour without even realizing it. Think of the times you’ve driven somewhere on autopilot or gotten lost in a book. That’s a trance! It’s a natural ability of the mind, and we all experience it.

Hypnotic Life Coaching Is Not for Everyone. If you’re deeply committed to your BS (Belief System) and only want to talk about problems rather than engage with your mind in a new way, this might not be your cup of tea.
But we might be a perfect match if you’re tired of being stuck.
By the way, it’s completely normal to feel conflicted or unsure about what to expect. Here’s the good news: in my coaching, even so-called “resistance” becomes our greatest ally.
So resist all you want, but show up like your life depends on it... because it does.
Limits of my practice
While my heart and my practice are open to working with individuals from all walks of life, as a certified life coach and hypnotist, I work within the legal and ethical guidelines set for my field, ensuring that the services I offer are appropriate and beneficial for the individuals I work with.
I believe that not everyone requires traditional therapy, but I also recognize that certain mental, physical, and psychiatric conditions necessitate a licensed healthcare provider.
For this reason, working with individuals experiencing serious neurological, psychiatric, or mental health conditions, including issues of self-harm, suicidality, or active substance use disorders are outside of scope of my practice.
Additionally, I do not specialize in weight-related issues or physical pain management. If these are your primary concerns, I recommend seeking the appropriate support.

Hypnotic Coaching v.s. therapy
While clients often express a sense of relief and empowerment after working with me, Hypnotic Life Coaching is not considered a healthcare or therapy modality.
Understanding the distinct roles of Life Coaching and therapy empowers you to decide which approach best suits your needs.
Think of therapy as recovering after surgery—focused on getting back to a healthy baseline. Hypnotic Coaching, however, is like training for the Olympics—getting you into top shape and preparing you to run the race of life at your full potential.
Both aim to improve your well-being, but one is about recovery, and the other is about growth and achievement.
A Hypnotic Life Coach does not diagnose, treat, or perscribe.
Who might not find Hypnotic Coaching Useful?
As with anything in life, not every approach works for everyone 100% of the time.
This approach is not suitable for individuals with serious mental, physical, neurological, or psychiatric conditions or those currently experiencing active substance use disorder.

How many sessions do I need?
Use of humor, metaphors, and provocations
Humor, metaphors, and provocations are essential tools in Hypnotic Life Coaching because they engage various parts of the brain-mind-body system, helping to take back as much brain real estate as possible.
This helps to ensure that the shifts that happen during the session stick long-term. Humor, for example, breaks through the usual thought pattern and brings a sense of playfulness that primes the brain for transformation.
Metaphors offer new perspectives, making complex ideas easier to grasp, while provocations push clients to think differently and disrupt habitual habits of mind.
However, if you’re easily offended, this approach may not be the right fit, as it’s designed to challenge you to move beyond old, ingrained patterns. Remember, not everyone truly desires change.

One-on-one experience starts at $250 for up to an hour. Depending on the issue, some sessions may require two hours.
